    • What is required from seller’s side for integrating with channels into easyops?
      • Sellers should be a registered user in each of the above mentioned channels and should have a Seller/Merchant ID with a valid Login ID and Password.
      • Don’t worry we don’t need your password.
    • What about the Product Catalog?
      • Yes, your product catalog should be listed in the above mentioned sales channels.

    • How is Product Catalog mapped in Easyops for each of the sales channels?
      • We map the products with SKU Code in easyops with that of sales channel’s product’s SKU code, ensuring a seamless mapping for your order processing along with inventory and pricing management

    • Do we allow updating product catalogs from Easyops to individual channels.
      • No, we don’t publish product catalogs into various channels.
    • Does Easyops writes into individual channels?
      • Yes, only the required data is updated into respective channels like pricing, stock, order state etc.
    • If I update stock in easyops, will it get updated in all the channels?
      • Yes, easyops automatically updated the new stock value into all the integrated channels in your account.
    • If I update price in easyops, will it get updated in all the channels?
      • Yes, easyops automatically updated the new price value into all the integrated channels in your account.
    • Can I update different pricing for each channels through Easyops?
      • Yes, you can. Depending on the channels you have integrated with easyops, only those will get updated with different pricing at your will.
    • Does Easyops helps me in tracking my payments?
      • Easyops comes with a comprehensive payment reconciliation. With this feature you can keep a track of your paid and unpaid orders including returned orders.
    • Is there an option of adjusting stocks through Easyops?
      • Yes, you can increase or reduce stocks for individual products at your will and the same will get updated to the integrated channels as well.
    • Do I have option of bulk adjusting stocks through Easyops?
      • Yes, you can use the Bulk Upload feature to adjust stocks in one go.
    • If any new product is listed in a channel, should the same be updated in Easyops?
